For shipments totaling less than $1000.00, there is a delivery charge for UPS Ground service.

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed on a Tuesday.

UPS Ground, 3 to 5 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver deliver Monday - Friday.

Orders shipped within the Midwest often deliver sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. P.O. Box Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes at this time. APO & FPO We do not ship to APO & FPO at this time. COVID19 restrictions still apply.

If you'd like to check the status of your order, please visit www.sykeja2.com, click on the "track my order" tab and use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

ABOUT A MISSED PACKAGE DELIVERY

UPS attempts to deliver a package 3 times, on 3 consecutive business days. After 3 delivery attempts UPS will send a postcard and hold the package for 7 business days. After that, they will return the package back to Monarch Forty four Inc. You can request that we reship your package, but there may be an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate UPS deliverable address.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE YET

If you did not receive your package within 5 weeks, please send an email your order number, email address and any additional information needed to assist.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN YOUR PACKAGE

You should e-mail your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.

We currently do not accept refunds however, we are more than happy exchange an item within our product portfolio for equal value .

Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased from www.sykeja2.com.

 

Before you return a Syke'ja item, please send an email to Customer Care at info@sykeja2.com within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item in the email.

Please choose one of the following and include it within the subject line :

  • Damage

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and send you shipping instructions for returning the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. You must return the merchandise within five (5) calendar days after the authorization is issued. If the merchandise is not returned within the authorized time period, the return will be canceled.

REFUNDS

We currently do not offer refunds.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN

  1. Products must be packed securely and be returned undamaged.

  2. Pack the item(s) along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the same box in which the items were originally shipped or another box, if you prefer.

  3. Affix shipping labels to the outside of the box, clearly printing your return name and address in the upper left corner, and our address in the center section of the box. Your Return Authorization Number must also be clearly printed below our address.

We recommend the use of an insured parcel service such as UPS or US Priority Mail. (Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or assume responsibility for lost return shipments. The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return freight costs unless the return is a result of our error.
